Plain-language summary of what we collect when you enquire, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, along with the details you choose to give us about your requirement — locality, budget, configuration, timeline and any message you write.
We also record technical context automatically: the page you enquired from, the referring website, any campaign parameters in the URL, your IP address and your browser user agent. This exists so we know which of our pages and campaigns actually generate enquiries.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about. To match you against available properties. To keep a record of what was agreed. To measure which parts of our website and advertising work.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your contact details to builders, developers or other agents without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to three years so we can serve you if you come back to us, and so we meet our own record-keeping obligations. Transaction and agreement records are retained for the period required under applicable law.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand how the site is used. Where configured, this may include Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. These set cookies and may share usage data with those providers under their own privacy terms.
We store campaign attribution in your browser's session storage so that a lead you submit can be linked to how you found us. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate — email delivery, hosting and analytics. Where you are proceeding with a transaction, the relevant counterparty, advocate or registration authority as necessary to complete it.
We may disclose information where required by law or by a lawful order of a court or authority.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to marketing communication at any time.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people in our team who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain payment card information at any point.
